After joining Event Producers in 2005, Emma quickly earned a reputation for her commitment to clients and attention to detail. Her strong communication skills and keen ability to manage cross-functional teams have enabled her to grow into a leadership role.

As Director of Client Services & Organizational Development, Emma develops the standards and performance measures to ensure our clients’ goals and expectation are exceeded. She also leads the company’s organizational development initiatives and is responsible for hiring, performance standards, and professional development. Also, as strategic account executive, Emma actively engages with clients in a variety of industries to understand their challenges and unique selling points. Her active involvement in MPI and IAEE keeps her up to speed on the latest trends in the industry.

Emma holds a Bachelor’s degree in business and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership with a Certification in Servant Leadership. She loves spending time with her young daughter, hiking with her yellow lab, coaching youth basketball, and cheering for the Seahawks on Sundays.
