Exhibit Fees
10x10 Booth: $3,000

Booth Package:

Included with each booth space is a 10x10 pipe and drape booth, ID sign, draped table, two chairs and a wastebasket. Exhibiting companies are entitled to two full conference name badges. Additional name badges can be purchased for $650.

Exhibitors also receive:
  • Listing on the interactive floor plan
  • Listing in the conference mobile app
  • Roster of attendees one month prior to event with email addresses
  • Post-show attendee list with email addresses
  • Directory Listing in the online directory
  • 24-hour exhibit hall security

Display Rules
Event Producers (show management) and PCAPPA endeavor to make the exhibition program effective for you, your fellow exhibitors and attendees. To ensure you’re in compliance, please view the IAEE display rules and regulations. Please also read the PCAPPA 2018 exhibitor terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy
Request for cancellation of space must be directed in writing to PCAPPA, c/o Event Producers to info@eventproducers.events. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. 50% of Booth Rental Fees will be refunded if the request is received on or before June 29, 2018. The 50% booth rental fee and $2,000 deposit on sponsorship is non-refundable. All remaining amounts will be refunded if the cancellation is received prior to June 29, 2018. In no case will a refund be made for a cancellation received after June 29, 2018, nor no-shows at the event. The exhibit manager will confirm receipt of all cancellation notices. PCAPPA will only honor cancellation requests whose receipt has been confirmed.
