Exhibit Fees
The fee to be an exhibitor is $2,695 for a 10' x 10' space.

Booth Package
Included with each booth space is a 10x10 pipe and drape booth, an ID sign and 24-hour security. Exhibiting companies are entitled to one (1) full complimentary registration per COMPANY and two additional exhibitor badges per BOOTH (not to exceed 4 per company). Additional exhibit badges are available for $150 and additional full conference registrations are available for $850. Exhibitors will receive a roster of attendees approximately one month prior to the event as well as a post-show attendee list with email addresses.

Hotel Information
We are currently aware of a hotel scam aimed at exhibitors attending the NAEP 2017 Annual Meeting this March in Reno, NV.

Please do not give out your credit card number or other personal data over the phone to anyone who is claiming to represent NAEP, Event Producers (formerly MRA Services) or the Peppermill Resort Casino & Spa.

The only ways to reserve a hotel room at the Peppermill hotel for the NAEP 2017 meeting in Reno this March is to call the hotel directly at 866.821.9996 (and mention the NAEP 2017 meeting) or to use this online reservation link.

Special Considerations
All food, alcohol and beverages are available through NAEP as a sponsorship. Vendors will not be able to order directly from the meeting facility or work with an outside provider to bring food, alcohol or beverages into the facility. The only exceptions to this rule will be tasting samples of 3 oz. or less of products that your company produces or distributes as part of your product offering, and this must be cleared with Event Producers show management 45 days prior to the event.

NAEP Coat Drive
NAEP will collect coats from conference attendees and exhibitors to donate to a family shelter run by Volunteers of America - Northern California & Northern Reno chapter in Reno. Coats of all sizes will be appreciated. You may either bring your gently used coats with you to the meeting and drop them off at the NAEP registration desk or ship them to NAEP ahead of time. NAEP will accept your donations here at our national office and we will ship them with our materials ahead of the meeting. For shipping information, please email here.

Display Rules
Event Producers (show management) and NAEP endeavor to make the exhibition program effective for you, your fellow exhibitors and attendees. Click here to ensure you're in compliance with the IAEE display rules and regulations. These will be enforced onsite by show management.

Security and Liability
NAEP will provide 24-hour guard service from exhibit set-up through exhibit teardown and will exercise reasonable care for the protection of exhibitors' materials and displays. Complete liability information appears within the Application/Agreement. NAEP shall have sole control over all admission policies at all times. All representatives from each booth must be appropriately registered and wear official identification while in attendance.

Cancellations
Request for cancellation of space must be directed in writing to NAEP c/o Event Producers info@eventproducers.events. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. 50% of the booth fee is non-refundable; the remainder of the booth fee will be refunded if the cancellation is postmarked or received by fax/email 90 days prior to the first day of scheduled set up AND if the exhibit hall sells out. Exhibitors canceling less than 90 days prior to the first day of scheduled set-up are financially liable for the full fee. NAEP's exhibit manager will confirm receipt of all cancellations, and refunds, if any, will only be made for confirmed cancellations.
