Under his leadership, the customer success team encompasses all areas of the customer journey including: On-boarding and Training, Technical Support, Education and Communication, Technology Services, Business Consulting, Client Engagement and Renewal teams. The team’s core focus stems from helping clients achieve their business goals through product, service and relationship development. Responsible for over 100,000 users across multiple medical specialties, his team maintains industry leading Client Satisfaction, Net Promoter Scores and Client Retention. Brad leads vast areas of employee, business and client integration to ensure a positive and timely transitional experience.
Brad drives Modernizing Medicine’s core belief of “client delight” by helping to ensure it resonates within the entire fabric of Modernizing Medicine’s operations and helps lead key company decisions. In December 2017, the Customer Success team was recognized as the Customer Success Team of the Year by the SIIA’s CODiE Awards.
Prior to joining Modernizing Medicine, Brad was Director of Enterprise Account Management for Campus Management Corp. (CMC), an award-winning leader in postsecondary education student information systems and CRM solutions. During his five year tenure, Brad was instrumental in leading CMC's key accounts strategy and relationship management, out performing new and recurring revenue, retention and customer referenceability goals. He also played a pivotal role in the corporate and customer integration of Talisma CRM post acquisition.
Prior to CMC, Brad spent seven years in Senior Account Management and Sales roles in South Florida and Chicago based tech consulting and search firms. Earlier in his career, he spent three years in Project Management and Training for Micros Systems, a global point-of-sale hospitality software. Brad graduated from College of Dupage located in Wheaton, Ill.
